Healing One Soul at a Time
We wanted to create a safe space - space safe enough to feel at home and feel loved. Emotionjar aka EmoJar is what struck us when we desired to name our dream project! 'Emo' stands as an abbreviation for emotions and 'Jar' is the metaphorical word for the human mind and body.
What we hold in our jar, our emotions, pain, happiness, guilt, shame, hurt and a multitude of all the twenty seven emotions, will eventually decide our course of life and decision making. How we react, how we talk, how we feel and eventually how we lead our lives all depend on the jar of emotions we carry every waking moment. It's essential to thus hold on to what is positive and happy and unleash what may fill our jar with worry and distress.
We started our journey in 2020, and since then, our organization has grown to a happy community of thousands of psychologists, students and people from all walks of life. We enjoyed conducting online and offline workshops and could touch many a lives with our team's help and support. From fun free resources, workshops, counselling and internship programs we cruised through gradually being one of the popular platforms for holistic growth.
