I was a former national skater and international lawn tennis player. I focus on combining the physical and mental aspects to facilitate a holistic learning approach. I want to focus on filling the need gap in the psychological aspect of the sports field and helping athletes enhance their athletic performance as well as develop psychological skills to cope with mental obstacles or hurdles.
